Try these 6 neck stretches to relieve tension

Hold each for 20 seconds per side. Breathe

slowly and deeply while stretching. Do 3 repetitions of each.


1) Left side bend - hold 20 second

2) Right side bend- hold 20 seconds

3) Forward bend- hold 20 seconds

4) Chin up-Head back- hold 20 seconds

5) Shoulders back-squeeze shoulder blades together- hold 20 seconds

6) Roll shoulders forward- hold 20 seconds
